Padded underwear is a reusable training underwear designed to absorb and hold your baby's urine for a short duration, helping avoid immediate spills during potty training. Unlike diapers, it is not fully leakproof and allows babies to feel the wetness sensation, which helps them learn potty habits naturally. It is washable, reusable, breathable, and eco-friendly compared to disposable diapers.

Most babies are ready between 18 and 24 months, but some show readiness as early as 6–9 months. Our smallest size (3-9M) is suitable from 3 months and 2.5kg. Signs of readiness include staying dry for longer periods and showing interest in the toilet.

Our padded underwear is made from soft, skin-friendly cotton fabric that is gentle on baby's sensitive skin. The inner padding absorbs minor leaks while keeping your baby comfortable. All materials are tested for safety and free from harmful chemicals.

We offer 14+ fun designs for Padded Underwear — Fishes, Tractor, JCB, Blue Bee, Blue Heart, Blue Whale, Green Bus Car, Pink Cars, White Clouds, Yellow Bulb, Dark Blue Alien, Yellow Watermelon, Blue Animal, and Blue Animals. Padded Underwear features a relaxed fit, making it comfortable for everyday potty training and regular home use.

Padded Snugfit Underwear is designed with a more secure, body-hugging fit and features a short elastic leg band that helps prevent accidental leakages. This provides better coverage and helps reduce gaps during active movement, making it ideal for active babies and toddlers.

Both styles come with the same soft, absorbent inner padding for comfort and reusable protection.

We have different sizing for each product:

Padded Underwear & Padded Snugfit Underwear — choose based on baby's weight:

• 3-9M → 2.5kg to 7kg
• 9-18M → 7kg to 10kg
• 18-36M → 10kg to 15kg

Padded Langot — Free Size (one size fits all):

• Free Size → 0 to 6 months (Newborn)
• No size selection needed — one size fits all newborns

For Padded Underwear, if your baby is between sizes, always go one size up.

For Padded Underwear and Padded Snugfit Underwear, if your baby's weight is close to the maximum limit of a size range, we recommend choosing the next size for a more comfortable and secure fit.

Examples:

• If your baby weighs 6.8–7 kg, choose the 7–10 kg size instead of the 2.5–7 kg size
• If your baby weighs 9.8–10 kg, choose the 10–15 kg size instead of the 7–10 kg size

Choosing the next size helps provide:

• Better comfort for movement
• Improved fit around the legs and waist
• Reduced chances of gaps and accidental leakages

For Padded Langot, there is only one Free Size designed to comfortably fit most newborns from 0–6 months — no size selection needed.

There may be minimal shrinkage (1–2%) after the first few washes, which is normal for cotton. We recommend washing in cold water and air drying to maintain the original size and shape.

• ✅ Use mild detergent — avoid harsh chemicals
• ✅ Air dry in shade — do not tumble dry
• ✅ Do not bleach or iron directly on the padding
• ✅ Wash before first use

With proper care, our padded underwear can be washed and reused hundreds of times. Avoid hot water and tumble drying to extend the lifespan of the padding.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier name. You can also WhatsApp us your order number and we'll check the status for you.

No. To maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for babywear and personal-use products once delivered.

This includes:

• Padded Underwear
• Padded Snugfit Underwear
• Padded Langots
• Innerwear & Training Pants
• Baby Hygiene Products

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, we'll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive an incorrect item
• An item is missing from your package

To process a refund or replacement request, the following conditions must be met:

• A clear, unedited 360° unboxing video is mandatory
• The video must be recorded continuously from opening the sealed package without cuts, pauses, or edits
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• The product must remain unused and in its original packaging

The unboxing video must clearly show:

• The sealed package from all sides before opening
• The shipping label clearly visible
• The complete unboxing process in one continuous recording
• The damaged, incorrect, or missing item clearly shown after opening

A 360° unboxing video is a continuous, unedited video recorded from the moment you receive the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked.

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package from all sides before opening
• The shipping label with your name and order details clearly visible
• The complete unboxing process without pauses or cuts
• The damaged, incorrect, or missing item clearly shown after opening

Claims without a valid 360° unboxing video will not be eligible for review or approval.

Once your 360° video is reviewed and approved (within 2 business days), the refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the amount.
